Ny s\u00f8knadsperiode for hyttene p\u00e5 Ustaoset og Tingviken i Utne h\u00f8sten 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n

Det er n\u00e5 \u00e5pnet for elektronisk s\u00f8knad til U-heimen, Ottesheimen og Butten p\u00e5 Ustaoset og Tingviken i Utne for h\u00f8sten 2020, i perioden 16. august – 18. oktober 2020. Det er en felles trekning for alle hyttene. Ved s\u00f8knad om hytte m\u00e5 man prioritere b\u00e5de \u00f8nsket hytte og \u00f8nsket periode. Avbestillingsfrist for tildelt hytte er 30 dager f\u00f8r leieperiodens start for \u00e5 unng\u00e5 gebyr for avbestilling.<\/p>\n

Man m\u00e5 benytte UiBs elektroniske hyttesystem (https:\/\/skjema.app.uib.no\/hytter<\/a>) ved \u00e5 logge seg inn med sitt UiB-brukernavn og passord. Ved f\u00f8rste gangs s\u00f8knad om hytte m\u00e5 man legge inn noe informasjon.\u00a0 Alle s\u00f8knader m\u00e5 registreres i det elektroniske hyttesystemet for \u00e5 komme med i trekningen.<\/p>\n

S\u00f8knadsskjema og informasjon om hyttene finnes ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5 Ansattsidene under \u00abMitt ansattforhold\u00bb – \u00abVelferd\u00bb – \u00abVelferdshytter til utleie\u00bb.<\/p>\n

S\u00f8knadsfristen er 12. juni og trekningen foretas 17. juni 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n

New application period for the cottages at Ustaoset and Tingviken – Autumn 2020<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is now opened to apply for U-heimen, Ottesheimen and Butten at Ustaoset and Tingviken at Utne for the autumn period from 16 August until 18 October 2020. Cancellation deadline is 30 days before rental period start to avoid penalty for cancellation.<\/p>\n

Please use the UiB electronic cabin system by logging in with your registered username and password. (https:\/\/skjema.app.uib.no\/hytter<\/a>). Upon initial application you must enter some information. All applications must be registered in the electronic cabin system to be included in the draw.<\/p>\n

Application forms and information can also be found at the Employee Pages under «Employment conditions» – «Welfare» –\u00a0 «Cabin hire (NO)» –\u00a0 logging in with your registered UiB username and password.<\/p>\n

The application deadline is 12 June and the drawing will be done 17 June 2020.<\/strong><\/p>\n
