Ved s\u00f8knad om hytte m\u00e5 man prioritere b\u00e5de \u00f8nsket hytte og \u00f8nsket periode.<br \/>\nAvbestillingsfrist for tildelt hytte er 30 dager f\u00f8r leieperiodens start for \u00e5 unng\u00e5 gebyr for avbestilling.<\/p>\n<p>Man m\u00e5 benytte UiBs elektroniske hyttesystem (<a href=\"https:\/\/skjema.app.uib.no\/hytter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/skjema.app.uib.no\/hytter<\/a>) ved \u00e5 logge seg inn med sitt UiB-brukernavn og passord. Ved f\u00f8rste gangs s\u00f8knad om hytte<span style=\"font-size: 15px;font-weight: 300\"> m\u00e5 man le<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 15px;font-weight: 300\">gge inn litt ekstra informasjon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Alle s\u00f8knader m\u00e5 registreres i det elektroniske hyttesystemet for \u00e5 komme med i trekningen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00f8knadsskjema og informasjon om hyttene finnes ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5 Ansattsidene under \u00abMitt ansattforhold\u00bb -\u00abVelferd\u00bb- \u00abVelferdshytter til utleie\u00bb, og p\u00e5 UiBhjelp. (<a href=\"https:\/\/skjema.app.uib.no\/hytter\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/skjema.app.uib.no\/hytter<\/a>).
