Du kan n\u00e5 legge inn s\u00f8knad om \u00f8nsket periode p\u00e5 velferdshyttene for v\u00e5ren 2022, i perioden 7. april – 23. juni 2022.<\/p>\n

P\u00e5skeferien for studenter finnes i en egen s\u00f8knad (torsdag-tirsdag\/tirsdag-s\u00f8ndag). For ansatte er p\u00e5skeferien inkludert i vanlig s\u00f8knad. Vinnerne av p\u00e5skeferieperioden i 2019-2021 oppfordres til ikke<\/u> \u00e5 s\u00f8ke om p\u00e5sken 2022. Det er 3 \u00e5rs karantene for p\u00e5skeferien, og aktuelle s\u00f8kere blir evt. fjernet manuelt.<\/p>\n

Det blir utf\u00f8rt trekning for Ottesheimen\/p\u00e5sken for studenter 28.02.22, og en fellestrekning for resterende perioder 03.03.22.<\/p>\n

Ved s\u00f8knad om hytte m\u00e5 man prioritere b\u00e5de \u00f8nsket hytte og \u00f8nsket periode. Avbestillingsfrist for tildelt hytte er 30 dager f\u00f8r leieperiodens start for \u00e5 unng\u00e5 gebyr for avbestilling.<\/p>\n

Man m\u00e5 benytte UiBs elektroniske hyttesystem (https:\/\/reg.app.uib.no\/hytter<\/a>) ved \u00e5 logge seg inn med sitt UiB-brukernavn og passord. Ved f\u00f8rste gangs s\u00f8knad om hytte m\u00e5 man legge inn litt informasjon.\u00a0S\u00f8knadsskjema og informasjon om hyttene finnes ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5 Ansattsidene under\u00a0Mitt<\/em> ansattforhold<\/em> – Velferd<\/em> – Velferdshytter<\/em>.<\/p>\n

S\u00f8knadsfristen er 24.02.22. Vinnerne f\u00e5r tilsendt informasjon p\u00e5 e-post.<\/p>\n

Sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5l vedr. hyttene kan rettes til Eiendomsavdelingen via UiBhjelp.<\/p>\n

You can now apply for the desired period at the welfare cabins on Ustaoset for the spring season of 2022, in the period April 7 to June 23.<\/p>\n

There is a separate draw for the students at Ottesheimen for Easter \u2013 (Thursday-Tuesday\/Tuesday-Sunday). The winners of the Easter holiday period of 2019-2021 cannot apply in 2022.<\/p>\n

There will be a draw for the Easter holiday (students) February 28, and a common draw for the rest of the rental periods March 3.<\/p>\n

When applying for a cabin, one must prioritize both the desired cabin and the period. Cancellation deadline for allocated cottage is 30 days before the start of the rental period to avoid cancellation fee.<\/p>\n

You must use UiB\u2019s electronic cabin system (https:\/\/reg.app.uib.no\/hytter<\/a>) by logging in with your UiB username and password. When applying for the first time, you must enter some information. All applications must be registered in the electronic cabin system to enter the draw. The application form and information about the cabins can also be found on the employee pages below Employment conditions \u2013 Welfare \u2013 Cabin hire.<\/em><\/p>\n

The application deadline is February 24. The winners will get information by email.<\/p>\n
