Ved s\u00f8knad om hytte m\u00e5 man prioritere b\u00e5de \u00f8nsket hytte og \u00f8nsket periode. Dersom man blir tildelt en hytte m\u00e5 man enten bekrefte perioden eller avbestille perioden. For \u00e5 avbestille m\u00e5 du f\u00f8lge linken i tildelingsmailen og s\u00e5 registrere din avbestilling der. Hyttene blir ikke avbestilt automatisk om du bare unnlater \u00e5 bekrefte bestillingen. Avbestillingsfrist for tildelt hytte er 30 dager f\u00f8r leieperiodens start for \u00e5 unng\u00e5 gebyr for avbestilling.<\/p>\n

Man m\u00e5 benytte UiBs elektroniske hyttesystem (https:\/\/reg.app.uib.no\/hytter<\/a>) ved \u00e5 logge seg inn med sitt UiB-brukernavn og passord. Ved f\u00f8rste gangs s\u00f8knad om hytte m\u00e5 man legge inn litt informasjon. S\u00f8knadsskjema og informasjon om hyttene finnes ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5 Ansattsidene under\u00a0Mitt<\/em> ansattforhold<\/em> – Velferd<\/em> – Velferdshytter<\/em>.<\/p>\n

New application period for the cabins \u2013 the fall 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can now apply for the desired period at the welfare cabins for the fall season 2023, in the period August 13 to October 22.<\/p>\n

When applying for a cabin, one must prioritize both the desired cabin and the period. If you are allocated a cabin, you must either confirm or cancel the rental period. In order to cancel your booking, you must follow the link provided in the confirmation email and then register your cancellation. It is not enough to simply refrain from confirming your booking. Cancellation deadline for allocated cottage is 30 days before the start of the rental period to avoid cancellation fee.<\/p>\n

You must use the electronic cabin system (https:\/\/reg.app.uib.no\/hytter<\/a>) by logging in with your UiB username and password. When applying for the first time, you must enter some information. All applications must be registered in the electronic cabin system to enter the draw. The application form and information about the cabins can also be found on the employee pages below Employment conditions \u2013 Welfare \u2013 Cabin hire<\/em><\/p>\n

The application deadline is June 15.<\/strong>
\nThe draw is June 19.<\/strong>
\nThe winners will get information by email.<\/strong><\/p>\n
