This seminar series offers a fantastic opportunity to connect and engage with fellow young scientists. We look forward to vibrant and insightful discussions, as always.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are honored to welcome <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www4.uib.no\/en\/find-employees\/Lars.Andreas.Akslen\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www4.uib.no\/en\/find-employees\/Lars.Andreas.Akslen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Lars A. Akslen<\/a><\/strong>, the esteemed director of CCBIO, as our keynote speaker. He will share the fascinating journey of CCBIO&#8217;s inception, the challenges and triumphs of leading such a comprehensive organization, and valuable lessons learned along the way. His insights promise to be both inspiring and informative for junior researchers. <strong>Oriol Castells Marin<\/strong> will discuss how intracellular signaling signatures from monocytes can differentiate acute myeloid leukemia from healthy blood and bone marrow. <strong>Sammy Choi<\/strong> will provide insights on optimizing proteomics workflows for analyzing small samples of formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human kidney tissue. <strong>Marthe Alvestad<\/strong> will introduce a dynamic 3D <em>in vitro<\/em> model for studying kidney disease.
