This is a great opportunity to showcase your research \u2013 and a chance to win prizes ranging from NOK 3,000 to NOK 10,000. The event will take place at Haukeland University Hospital from <strong>28 to 30 January 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Who can apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PhD candidates, postdoctoral fellows, and researchers (including medical students and employees in health institutions engaged in research) affiliated with K1 or K2 at the University of Bergen and\/or Helse Vest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Authors of posters or oral presentations that were presented at national or international conferences in 2025<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candidates may present both a poster and an oral presentation, provided both were presented in 2025 and cover different aspects of the same topic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Registration and submission:<\/strong><br>Registration link: <a href=\"https:\/\/skjemaker.app.uib.no\/view.php?id=20216070\">https:\/\/skjemaker.app.uib.no\/view.php?id=20216070<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to limited time and space, only the first <strong>20 oral presentations<\/strong> and <strong>50 posters<\/strong> will be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Registration opens: <strong>3 November 2025<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submission deadline: <strong>1 December 2025<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required attachments:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Poster presentations:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Original conference poster as PDF (minimum 300 DPI)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abstract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A short summary in plain Norwegian (max 5 sentences) aimed at patients and relatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the poster is already printed, please bring it.
