Network luncheon 20.09.2017<\/strong><\/h5>\n

The Postgradute School of Clinical Medicine is preparing a new Network Luncheon for all PhD fellows and researchers at K1 and K2 departments.<\/p>\n

The upcoming Network Luncheon will take place Wednesday, 20.09.2017<\/strong>, in the Konferanserom of BBB (in front of auditoriums 2 and 4), from 11:30-13:00.<\/p>\n

We are very happy to introduce a new course in the CCBIO Research School for Cancer Studies (RSCS):\u00a0CCBIO906 – Cancer Genomics!<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

The course which will take place\u00a0November 1-3 2017<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The course will provide broad understanding of aspects of cancer genome biology and their investigation by next generation sequencing (NGS) technologies. Methods for analysing DNA variation and structure and RNA expression patterns will be covered, as well as nuclear and chromatin structure. Also ethical, legal aspects, and hereditary predisposition will be taught.<\/p>\n

The course is primarily intended for PhD candidates who are affiliated with the Centre for Cancer Biomarkers (CCBIO), but is also open to other students, PhD candidates and students at the Medical Student Research Program.
