Pre-projects for Innovation Projects and international collaborative projects<\/u><\/a> <\/strong>is being announced to develop projects to enhance the role of research in promoting innovation and international research cooperation in health and welfare services<strong>. <strong>Deadline<\/strong>: <\/strong>11 October 2017<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5><strong>Other research founding announcements<\/strong><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.commonwealthfund.org\/grants-and-fellowships\/fellowships\/harkness-fellowships\"><u>Harkness Fellowship<\/u><\/a> <\/strong>The Commonwealth Fund&#8217;s Harkness Fellowships in Health Care Policy and Practice provide a unique opportunity for mid-career health services researchers and practitioners to spend up to 12 months in the United States, conducting original research and working with leading U.S. health policy experts. <strong>Deadline: <\/strong>13 November 2017<\/li>\n<li><strong>Universitets og h\u00f8gskolenettet p\u00e5 Vestlandet<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/uhnettvest.no\/sok-om-midler-til-forskningssamarbeid\/\"><u>UH-nett Vest<\/u><\/a> <\/strong>has as an important purpose to promote research collaboration between the institutions H\u00f8gskolen i Vestlandet (HVL), H\u00f8gskolen i Volda (HVO) and University of Bergen and Stavanger (UiB and UiS).\u00a0 The funds for research collaboration will stimulate the development of research across the UH network Vest. <strong>Deadline:<\/strong> 18 September 2017<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.siu.no\/Hoeyere-utdanning\/Samarbeid-med-land-utenfor-EU\/russlandsprogrammet\"><u>The Norwegian Centre for International Cooperation in Education (SIU)\u00a0 &#8211;
