{"id":6728,"date":"2018-02-02T15:49:37","date_gmt":"2018-02-02T13:49:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/k1nytt.w.uib.no\/?p=6728"},"modified":"2018-02-02T15:49:37","modified_gmt":"2018-02-02T13:49:37","slug":"har-du-husket-cristin-registering","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/k1nytt.w.uib.no\/en\/2018\/02\/02\/har-du-husket-cristin-registering\/","title":{"rendered":"Har du husket Cristin-registering?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000\">(English version below)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2087 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/k1nytt.w.uib.no\/files\/2016\/11\/cristin.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"185\" height=\"103\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ny utvidet frist for \u00e5 registrere publikasjoner i CRIStin er satt til<span style=\"color: #ff0000\"> i dag 2. februar 2018.<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>De fleste publikasjoner er allerede importert til CRIStin-databasen av UiB sentralt<strong>, men det er viktig at du selv sjekker at alt er kommet med, og at det er korrekt registrert<\/strong>, slik at vi f\u00e5r best mulig resultat!<br \/>\nDet er tre typer vitenskapelige publikasjoner du m\u00e5 legge inn selv:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Artikler publisert for sent p\u00e5 \u00e5ret til at de har blitt registrert i ISI enn\u00e5.<\/li>\n<li>Artikler publisert i tidsskrift som ikke er inkludert i ISI.<\/li>\n<li>Bokkapitler og b\u00f8ker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Hvordan sjekker du at dine publikasjoner er registrert?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Oversikten over importerte publikasjoner finner du her: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cristin.no\/as\/WebObjects\/cristin.woa\/1\/wa\/registrering?la=no&amp;inst=184\">https:\/\/www.cristin.no\/as\/WebObjects\/cristin.woa\/1\/wa\/registrering?la=no&amp;inst=184<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>For \u00e5 se hva som er registrert p\u00e5 deg personlig, m\u00e5 gj\u00f8re f\u00f8lgende:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Logg inn med UiB- brukernavn og passord (Det er mulig \u00e5 bruke Helse-Bergen brukernavn <!--more-->og passord, men da m\u00e5 du endre institusjon)<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong> G\u00e5 inn p\u00e5 egen forskerprofil. (N\u00e5r du logger inn i CRIStin er dette startsiden din).<br \/>\nSjekk at alle dine publikasjoner fra 2017 er kommet med, og at de er korrekt registrert.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong> Trykk p\u00e5 boksen <strong>\u00abfullt format\u00bb<\/strong> \u00f8verst i bildet, slik at du kan se alle detaljer.<br \/>\nTrykk p\u00e5 boksen <strong>\u00abrediger\u00bb<\/strong> hvis noe skal endres<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hva skal registreres?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vitenskapelige artikler (original-, oversikts-, leder- og e-tidsskriftsartikler) trykket eller publisert online i 2017<\/li>\n<li>Vitenskapelige b\u00f8ker og bokkapitler fra 2017 (NB! Dersom du har skrevet et kapittel i en vitenskapelig antologi, og skal registrere dette, m\u00e5 du sjekke om boken er registrert f\u00f8rst. Det er kun f\u00f8rsteutgaven som skal registreres. Registrer boken, deretter kapittelet)<\/li>\n<li>Det er valgfritt \u00e5 registrere abstrakt og foredrag<strong>Hva gj\u00f8r du hvis noe mangler?<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Hvis du har vitenskapelige publikasjoner som ikke er registrert i CRIStin, <strong>m\u00e5 du selv registrere disse.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>G\u00e5 p\u00e5 menypunktet forskningsresultater\/NVI<br \/>\nTrykk p\u00e5 \u00abregistrer resultat\u00bb. Velg kategori &#8211; og legg til den informasjonen som ettersp\u00f8rres. Brukerveiledning (med bilder) finner du her: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cristin.no\/forskersider\/registrere-publikasjoner.html\">https:\/\/www.cristin.no\/forskersider\/registrere-publikasjoner.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>NEW deadline for registering publications in Cristin is set to the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> of February 2018.<\/strong><br \/>\nMost publications are already imported into the CRIStin database by the UiB, but it is important that you check that everything is registered, and that it\u2019s registered correctly, in order for us to get the best results! There are three types of scientific publications, you must register yourself:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Articles published too late in the year that they haven\u2019t registered in ISI yet.<\/li>\n<li>Articles published in journals not included in ISI.<\/li>\n<li>Book chapters and books. <strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How do you check that your publications are registered?<br \/>\n<\/strong>The list of imported publications can be found here: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cristin.no\/as\/WebObjects\/cristin.woa\/1\/wa\/registrering?la=en&amp;inst=184\">https:\/\/www.cristin.no\/as\/WebObjects\/cristin.woa\/1\/wa\/registrering?la=en&amp;inst=184<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>To see what is registered on you personally, you must do the following:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Login with your UiB username and password (It is possible to use Helse-Bergen username and password, but then you have to change institution when logging in)<\/li>\n<li>Enter your profile. (When you log on to CRIStin, this is your homepage).<\/li>\n<li>Check that all your publications from 2017 have been included and that they are registered correctly.<\/li>\n<li>Click the box <strong>&laquo;full format&raquo;<\/strong> at the top of the page, to see all the details.<\/li>\n<li>Click the box <strong>&laquo;edit&raquo;<\/strong> if anything needs to be changed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What should be registered?<br \/>\n<\/strong>\u2022 Academic articles (original- , overview- , editorial- and e &#8211; journals) printed or published online in 2013<br \/>\n\u2022 Academic books and book chapters from 2017 (NOTE: If you have written a chapter in an academic anthology, check first whether the book is registered. Only the first edition should be registered. Register the book, then the chapter.)<br \/>\n\u2022 It is optional to register abstracts and lectures<\/p>\n<p><strong>What to do if something is missing ?<br \/>\n<\/strong>If you have academic publications that are not registered in CRIStin, you must register them yourself.<br \/>\n1 Go to the menu <strong>\u201cResearch results\/NVI\u201d<br \/>\n<\/strong>2 Click at <strong>&laquo;register results.&raquo;<br \/>\n<\/strong>3 Select Category &#8211; and add the information.
