Welcome – PhD students, Research Year students, postdocs, supervisors, faculty, business partners – to the 2019 NorDoc PhD Summit!<\/a><\/strong><\/h6>\n


\nIn collaboration with Aalborg University, we have put together a highly relevant and inspiring programme for you. This year’s focus will be on the PhDs societal contributions and your career after obtaining the PhD degree. The theme will be <\/span>\u201cFrom PhD programme to job market: Identify your real world skills\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The summit will be a mixture of plenum sessions and feedback on the participants\u2019 own skills from a career point-of-view.<\/p>\n

The 2019 Organising Committee looks forward to bringing together PhD students from the Nordics for two days of interaction, networking and scientific discussions.<\/p>\n

So make sure to save the date<\/strong> for the annual NorDoc PhD Summit held in Aarhus on 29 and 30 August 2019!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Courses for all PhD students<\/strong>
\nIn the days before the summit (26 – 28 August 2019), we will be hosting a number of scientific three-day PhD courses, one-day workshops on generic topics (grant applications, publishing, etc.) and a 24 hour hackathon focusing on medical devices. We hope to see PhD students from all the Nordic countries. More info.<\/a>
