Jutta Dierkes and Amund Måge will present and discuss advantages and challenges of dietary intake of seafood. They will present the evidence for nutrients and health effects of seafood, and also discuss the environmental toxicants found in fish and seafood. Norway has an efficient monitoring system of seafood that will be presented.
