A kind reminder that if you have not registered yet, you still can, for the 14th CCBIO Annual Symposium, May 12-13, ref the below registration link and info. Please note that the registration form will be closed without notice when the event is full.

The symposium is preceded by the 1st European Ovarian Cancer Research Symposium (OC-INSIGHTS), May 10-11. The venue for both events is Solstrand Hotel, close to Bergen, where you, apart from the beautiful surroundings, historic hotel, and professional updates, can also enjoy the company of colleagues and the informal and mutually fertilizing scientific crosstalk in the breaks and evenings.

We kindly ask you to register separately for the two events. Please feel free to circulate this invitation.

14th CCBIO Annual Symposium May 12-13

The 2025 symposium was a success, and we expect the 2026 CCBIO Symposium to be even better. To participate, please register as soon as possible to ensure participation and lodging.

We have organized a strong scientific program and secured a range of international speakers, among them William A. Haseltine, Ronny Drapkin, Gema Moreno-Bueno, Janne Lehtiö, Vera Thiel, Bart Neyns, Keith Hunter, Jon Amund Kyte, Christian Kersten, Karl-Henning Kalland, Antonio Curti, and Francis Jacob, as well as industry representatives. See the updated prefinal program here.

Younger researchers will be offered slots for 3-minute speed talks as well as extended poster sessions with ample time for interaction between the participants. Deadline for abstracts is now asap when you register.

Also, we will have significant industry participation, as last year, focusing on innovation and career pathways.

The CCBIO Symposium’s subsidized registration fee for academic participants is 2500 NOK/250 Euro per person for the two symposium days and the overnight stay with full board. For industry participants, separate terms apply, as described on our industry page.

In order to accommodate 200+ participants in the 138 rooms available, we are dependent upon as many as possible sharing rooms (up to four). So, please indicate if, and with whom, you are willing to share your room when you register online.

We also have the pleasure of inviting you to the 1st European Ovarian Cancer Research Symposium (OC-INSIGHTS), taking place in the same place as the main symposium, at Solstrand Hotel & Bad outside of Bergen, May 10 and 11. OC-INSIGHTS is a satellite symposium to the 14th CCBIO Annual Symposium, and information on OC-INSIGHTS’ separate prices, deadlines, and registration can be found on its website.

OC-INSIGHTS is part of our focus on innovation and academic-industry interactions, and will be a combination of talks by invited international academic and other senior researchers, shorter presentations by PhD students and postdocs, extended poster sessions where younger researchers can present their work, and ample time for informal interaction between participants.
